MSG Management, Inc. was formed in 2006 to manage a real estate portfolio consisting of the Comerica Bank Building, a 10-story Class A office building totaling 167,562 square feet, and the 4040 Broadway Building, a 6-story Class A office building in Alamo Heights totaling 98,411 square feet. Our portfolio now includes Highpoint Office Building, a 2-story 72,000 square-feet building near the Medical Center.
